Now that the UK has left the EU, your order follows a slightly different delivery process. But don’t worry – it’s still simple, and we’re here to help!
Important: We don’t charge UK VAT or customs fees at checkout. If they apply, the delivery company will contact you before delivery to arrange payment.
In most cases, UK VAT (20%) will be charged when your order reaches the UK. Depending on the product, a small customs duty might also apply. Your delivery company will let you know if anything’s due and how to pay, before they deliver all parts of your order.
These are standard import charges and are collected by the courier – not us. They’re not extra fees, just part of how post-Brexit shopping works from outside the UK.

Tracking your order:
We’ll email you once your order’s shipped with tracking info. If you ordered furniture, you’ may well get multiple tracking numbers – one for each parcel 📦. Make sure to check them all!

When your order reaches the UK:
The delivery company (e.g. DPD) will contact you by text or email to arrange VAT and/or customs payment and delivery. Once payment’s sorted, delivery usually takes 48–72 hours ⏱️
