Now that the UK is no longer in the EU, your order will follow a slightly different delivery process. But don’t worry – it’s simple, and you won’t pay VAT at checkout (which might even save you money!).
Important: We don’t collect UK VAT or customs charges. If they apply, your delivery company will contact you to collect them when your order reaches the UK.
How VAT works:

Orders under £135: VAT-free! Your order will skip customs and come straight to you 🎉

Orders over £135: Your order will go through UK customs. VAT will be charged at the UK rate and collected by the delivery company before they deliver. This isn’t an extra fee – it just replaces the VAT we normally charge EU customers at checkout.
Customs import tax:
In some cases, a customs fee may apply in addition to VAT. If so, your delivery company will let you know the amount and how to pay before delivery. These charges are usually low – here’s a rough idea for our most popular items:

Tracking your order:
Once your order has been processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email, followed by a email with your tracking details. Keep in mind, if you're ordering furniture, you'll likely receive multiple shipping emails—each with its own tracking number. Make sure to check them all, as they’ll help you track each parcel separately 📦.

Once your order reaches the UK:
Once your items reach the UK, DPD will send you a text message or email to arrange customs payment and a delivery date. Once customs and VAT payment is made, delivery usually happens within 48-72 hours ⏱️.
